On Thursday, Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN) unveiled plans for 17 new solar and wind power projects across Spain, collectively exceeding 870 MW in capacity. This initiative aligns with Amazon’s ongoing efforts to expand its renewable energy portfolio and reduce its carbon footprint. The power purchase agreements (PPAs) associated with these projects will significantly contribute to Spain’s renewable energy landscape and support Amazon’s sustainability goals.
